Health Centre

The Health Centre’s aim is to deliver holistic and effective care that is culturally sensitive and appropriate to the individual, so while they are at school they can function to the best of their ability, physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially.

The Health Centre is staffed by a qualified Registered Comprehensive Nurse with current Nursing Council of NZ practising certificates and a highly skilled First Aider.

Hours: 8.45am – 3.15pm Monday to Friday.

Leaving School Due to Illness

Students are required to present to Health Centre where upon we will contact parents/caregivers/guardians to obtain permission for the student to go home (this is a legal requirement). It is therefore essential that contact details be updated and relevant.
