At Rangitoto College we firmly believe in the value of sports to both our boys and girls sports teams. The impact, life’s learnings and the positive effect it has on our rangatahi both on and off the pitch is insurmountable .

Teams compete in various cups and competitions, including a Colts annual quadrangular tournament against Rosmini College, Westlake Boys High School and Whangarei Boys High School.

Multiple teams are available for all students, from the prestigious 1st XI all the way to our entry-level junior teams

Our girls programme has been a huge success since it was re-established in 2019. With prestigious coach Nathan Banks at the helm and numbers growing at a rapid rate, Rangitoto Cricket is definitely heading in the right direction

All teams train at the college, however, games can be anywhere in Auckland.

It is each family’s responsibility to get their students to and from all trainings and games.

Uniform is included in the 1st XI fees.

All other players are required to purchase a polo shirt and pants from the schools Uniform Shop (on school grounds beside the tennis courts)
