All Rangitoto College students and staff are welcome to join our team. Fundraising starts as soon as you sign up, and on the big day students work in teams carrying their baton around the track to symbolise our community’s unstoppable fight against cancer. Permission slips area available outside the Student Office window. Students and Staff can sign up using relayforlife.org.nz .
Students will need to join Rangi Relay 2023 as the team. In order for this to count towards the Rangitoto Summit Diploma, Years 9 and 10 students need to raise at least $100 through their page and be at the event for its entirety.
Relay For Life is not a race and is suitable for all fitness levels. You can walk, run or dance at your own speed and do as many or as few laps as you like. There are lots of performances, fun activities and good music and food to keep the energy alive. It’s all about celebrating life for those who have been through a cancer journey, and remembering loved ones lost to cancer.
