The Health Centre aims to provide holistic, effective care that is culturally sensitive and tailored to each individual. Our goal is to support students so they can function at their best—physically, intellectually, emotionally, and socially—while at school.
The Health Centre is staffed by a qualified Registered Comprehensive Nurse (with a current Nursing Council of NZ practising certificate) and a highly skilled First Aider.
Hours: 8.45am – 3.15pm, Monday to Friday

If a student feels unwell during the school day, they must report to the Health Centre. From there, staff will contact parents, caregivers, or guardians to obtain permission for the student to go home. This is a legal requirement, so it is essential that families keep their contact details up to date.

As part of the online enrolment process, families are asked to complete the Health section, which provides important information about each student’s individual health needs. This ensures we can deliver the best possible care and respond appropriately in case of illness or emergency.

Families are welcome to contact the Health Centre for advice or guidance on any aspect of student health care. We are here to support both students and whānau in maintaining well-being throughout the school journey.
