Helping Hands students have an opportunity to develop a range of life skills.
We have donated money to organisations such as Women’s Refuge, Orange Sky and Auckland City Mission. We have also used some of the money raised to purchase pyjamas for children which were donated to the Middlemore Foundation “Jammies in June” project.
Students need to be able to provide their own transport to and from the job site in Silverdale.
Helping Hands is only available for senior students over the age of 15. They must complete 4 hours of service to have this added to their student profiles.
