The Knightsbridge Oral History Project gives students the chance to record and transcribe the life stories of residents at Knightsbridge Retirement Village—creating a lasting legacy for families and a valuable resource for our school.
Why This Project Matters
- For residents and families: We create a taonga of memories that can be passed down to children and grandchildren.
- For students: These oral histories are stored in the Rangitoto College Library and can be used as primary sources for research internals, offering unique insights into lived experiences.
