This is a critical mission: road trauma is tragically one of the greatest causes of harm for 16 to 24 year olds in New Zealand. SADD recognizes this and works to empower young drivers to make safer decisions.
This student-led programme aspires for all young people to have an enjoyable driver’s licence experience by making right choices. Throughout the year, we organize engaging events like driver’s licence workshops and car wash fundraisers to promote defensive driving.
You also have the chance to represent SADD nationally through the National Leadership Programme (NLP), providing the chance to lead peers nationwide and give back to the community. All of these volunteering and service opportunities are highly beneficial for your university applications and CVs!
Ready to make a real-world impact? Come along and join us.
