Here, students explore philosophy in an open and welcoming environment—sharing their views on life’s “big” questions, developing reasoning skills, and making new friends along the way.
Our discussions are shaped by student interests and cover a wide range of thought‑provoking topics, including ethics, metaphysics, aesthetics, epistemology, political philosophy, free will, racism, technology, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
The club provides a safe space where every perspective is valued, and peers are encouraged to respectfully challenge each other’s reasoning.
If you’re ready to open your mind, sharpen your thinking, and join a community of curious and thoughtful students, come along to Philosophy Club.
