BACKOur school chess teams achieved absolute dominance at the North Shore Inter-School Chess Championship. Fielded across two tough divisions, all 13 of our competing students performed spectacularly under pressure, achieving the incredible feat of ensuring every single player walked away with a medal.
All our players have shown a fantastic performance. Team C secured a fantastic second-place finish, while Team B swept their competition to take out first place in their division. Meanwhile, Team A claimed ultimate victory in the premier division. Their stellar performance officially crowned them the North Shore Regional Champions, qualifying them to represent the school at the National Chess Competition this September.
