Get organised early! You can pay for all your key start-of-year items easily online—including Donations, Course-related costs, Student ID cards, and Stationery—at one convenient location, OfficeMax MySchool.
Payments are open from December 2025 through February 2026.

Music Tuition Programme 2025 / 2026

Reports for students in the 2025 Music Tuition Programme will be emailed home before 5 December. Enrolments for the 2026 Music Tuition Programme will happen during Week 1, Term 1. Enrolment forms will be available at the Music Office from 27 January onwards.

2026 Co-Curricular Music Groups

Auditions have been completed for current Year 9 to 12 students wishing to be involved in next year’s co-curricular Instrumental and Choral groups. Students who are new to Rangitoto in 2026 will be able to enquire about co-curricular opportunities at the start of the new school year.

Because parenting doesn’t come with instructions, Rangitoto SchoolTV is a wellbeing resource that can support you in the challenges relating to modern-day parenting.
This award-winning resource helps build relationships, foster connections, enable understanding and break down barriers to navigate a pathway towards better mental health and wellbeing for young people. It can assist in starting conversations on topics that are sometimes awkward or difficult to tackle.

Rangitoto College is proud to be a founding school within the Auckland Schools’ Teacher Trainee Programme (ASTTP/Waikato) and The Teacher Institute (TTI).
We are now recruiting our future trainee teachers for 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is thinking about becoming a teacher, particularly those considering a career change and looking to be immersed in a school environment while they train.
