BACKThe energy on the greens is unparalleled when the Rangitoto College community gathers in support of a worthy cause. We are gearing up for our 8th Golf Day on Friday 20 November at Pupuke Golf Club. There are not many team entries remaining, so if you want to play, you need to get in quick!
Our primary goal for this event is to ensure that every student at Rangitoto College has the opportunity to participate, belong, and succeed. While we offer a wide range of sports, arts, and extracurricular activities, we know that costs can present real financial hurdles for many families. All funds raised directly help cover tournament fees, trip expenses, and essential gear, ensuring no student misses out on pursuing their passions.
We have a stellar line up of sponsors on board including Craigs Investment Partners, the presenting partner of the 2027 New Zealand Men’s and Women’s Golf Open, who are offering players at the Rangitoto College Golf Charity Day the opportunity to win a spot in the Pro-Am field, or a major hospitality prize to attend either the New Zealand Open at Millbrook on 25-28 February 2027, or the Women’s Open at Wainui on 18-21 March 2027. Entry will be via a closest to the pin competition at the Golf Day on Friday 20 November. The winner will go into the nationwide draw held next February, with the chance to win one of two major prizes:
- entry to the Pro-Am competition (handicap 18 maximum) at Millbrook, or the Craigs Open Experience prize. Both prizes include flights, accommodation, and VIP hospitality with Craigs at the event.
