Auditions are held during Term 1 for this highly-regarded programme, and students will be invited to join this mixed genre troupe based on their technique, performance, attitude and commitment. Students are expected to be training in dance studios outside the school. Open Troupe will be attempting to gain a nomination to compete at PACANZ NYPA Dance Nationals in Palmerston North over Labour Weekend.
Dances are created and choreographed by our past alumni and facilitated by our expert staff, and students will attend rehearsals one lunchtime a week.
