BACKOur prestigious Summit Academy Awards will be held on Friday 8 August 2025 in the Auditorium, and you are invited!
This inspirational evening will be filled with entertainment, a delicious three-course meal and unlimited refreshments. Our theme is Winter Wonderland and we encourage a formal dress code.
Parents, we warmly invite you to join us along with your children at our school to experience an inspiring evening together. This could be your child standing on the stage receiving the same kudos and respect from our Rangi Community in the future.
The Summit Academy was established in 2011 to identify Honoured graduates of Rangitoto College. These distinguished Alumni are recognised for their leadership, achieving excellence in their field and contributing to society in a significant way.
This recognition is designed to show these Alumni that the college appreciates that some of their formative education took place at Rangitoto College and in a sense, it is welcoming them home.
This year we celebrate four incredible Alumni:
Chloe Gong, Connor Archbold, Dr. Jane Alsweiler and Bryony Botha.
As a first, we are also introducing a “Rangi Hero” to recognise and celebrate during this special evening. This ‘Hero’ is someone who has gone above and beyond for their community. We are excited to announce David Goldfinch is our Hero this year.
