Selective Ballot Dates for 2018 Enrolments
The closing date for the Year 9 Selective Ballot is Wednesday 30 August 2017 at 4.00pm. The Year 9 Selective Ballot will be held on Wednesday 6 September 2017.
Year 10 - Year 13
The closing date for the Year 10 - Year 13 Selective Ballot is Thursday 19 October 2017 at 4.00pm. The Year 10 - Year 13 Selective Ballot is held on Thursday 26 October 2017.
All Selective Ballot applications will be acknowledged by email upon receipt.
Applicants will be advised of the results of the ballot by email as soon as possible after the Ballot is held. Successful applicants will be sent an acceptance letter and pre-enrolment pack and invited to the College to complete the pre-enrolment process and attend an enrolment interview evening.

Out of Zone Selective Ballot Entry Enrolment Interviews
On Tuesday 26 September and Wednesday 27 September 2017, Enrolment Interviews for successful Out of Zone Selective Ballot Entry Year 9 students will be held in the Staffroom between 3.30pm - 7.30pm. No appointment is necessary.
On Tuesday 7 November 2017 Enrolment Interviews for successful Out of Zone Selective Ballot Entry Year 10 - Year 13 students will be held in the Staffroom between 3.30pm - 7.30pm. No appointment is necessary.
When the Out of Zone Selective Ballot Application form has been completed please either deliver to the school office or post to:

How the Out of Zone Selective Ballot Process Works
An Out of Zone Selective Ballot, supervised by a Justice of the Peace, is held to select out of zone students who can enrol at the College. Under the Ministry of Education regulations priority in the ballot is given to:
- Priority 1 - sibling currently enrolled
- Priority 2 - ex-sibling
- Priority 3 - son/daughter of former student
- Priority 4 - son/daughter of Board employee
- Priority 5 - other
A ballot is held for students at each year level.
