Health Centre

Rangitoto College has a Health Centre on site within the college campus. The clinic is maintained by three registered nurses covering the opening hours which are from 8.30am until 3.15pm. The clinic provides services for the:

- Management of acute accidents and illnesses [Basic medical supplies available] the clinic staff are acc registered.

- Monitoring of long term medical conditions for our students and act as liaison with their community care practitioners where appropriate.

- Maintainance of health documentation on all students

- The Nursing staff is also actively involved in the schools health and safety committee.

- The nursing staff also participate in school health education programmes where appropriate.
