Professor Wayne Cutfield

Professor Cutfield has been a member of the Board of Trustees since 2004. He is an Associate Professor of Paediatrics and the Associate Director of the Liggins Institute, the University of Auckland's research institute. He is also the Director of the Paykel Clinical Research Unit at the Liggins Institute, the Chairman of the New Zealand Growth Hormone Committee and a Paediatric Endocrinologist at Starship Children's Hospital.
Mr Charles Roos

Charles is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over twenty years experience, both locally and overseas. Charles was born on the North Shore and other than four years spent living in the United Kingdom, has always lived here. He and his wife Helen have two children . He has been a member of the Target Road Primary School Board of Trustees for seven years and Chairperson since 2007.
Mr Murray Judge
(Co-opted Member)
Mr Judge joined the Board in 2007. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience and has been involved in the audit of a number of schools. He is also treasurer of the Murrays Bay Sailing Club.
Mr Glenn McDonald
(Parent Representative)
Mr McDonald joined the Board in 2007. He is an information technology and telecommunications professional who is currently working with some of New Zealand's leanding commercial organisations. Glenn has previously held various senior management roles within the telecommunications industry in New Zealand, and consulted internationally within the telecommunications field.
Mr Tim Pratt

Tim has two children at Rangitoto College, one in the junior school and one in the senior school. Tim is the National Director of the New Zealand Youth Organisation and understands young people/youth issues. He has an understanding of the Educational Processes and has six years school board of trustees experience.

Mr Mark Dikstaal
Staff Representative
Mr Dikstaal joined the Board in 2007, he is a Year 13 Dean at the College as well as teaching Science and Chemistry. Mark joined the staff in 1998, having previously taught in Manilla for five years, McLeans College for 3 years and in the UK for 2 years. He was also a self-employed builder in Auckland and the UK between 1986-1990. As Staff Representative, Mark has Board authority to approve student trips within New Zealand.
Mr Alex Brown
Student Representative
Alex joins the board as the 2009/2010 Student Representative. He is a Year 12 student at the College.
Mr David Hodge
Principal
Mr Hodge was appointed Principal of Rangitoto College with effect from 1 February 2006. He was previously Principal at Tamaki College for seven years, where he was recipient of a Woolf Fisher Fellowship. Mr Hodge is a member of the Global Connections International Principals' Group and has been a presenter, facilitator and mentor in the New Zealand First time Principals' training programme. He has also been part of the Reference Group for the Ministry of Education's e-learning policy, and the University of Auckland's research into school leadership.
